First of all, as a Preferred Customer, the Service Agreement Preventative Maintenance Program gives you “value rate” pricing – usually a 10% or more savings over standard rate pricing.

Secondly, you also have the option to receive – free of charge – an Annual Preventative Maintenance home inspection on your plumbing system scheduled at your request. We:

• Check faucets, toilets, drains, and washing machine hoses
• Test emergency valves
• Drain water off the bottom of your water heater
• Label valves
• Show you the main house water valve

If there are problems or preventative issues we see, we let you know and you decide what you want to do.
